      After Xuanzong accended the throne,he married Emperess Wu. The Emperor was heart brokened when he heard that Emperess Wu collaborated with witchcraft. He was left with no choice but to banish her. The Emperor had a very capable Eunuch called Kao Li Shih. Kao had helped the Emperor through difficult times but now, he could no think of any suitable solutions
      The Emperor would not eat any thing because his concubine has also gone mad of losing her son. The Emperor only slept in his bed all day. He would not get up and eat his meals nor would he get up and settle court problems. Luckily, Kao Li Shih was quick in his thinking and thought of Yang Gui Fei. The Emperor was overjoyed. He had sex with his Precious Consort everyday. In the end, he was deafeated by his 'lucky baby' An Lu Shan.
 

Analasis:
    In The above extract of the story, we can see that actually Emperor Xuanzong is a flirter and he loves to have sex with his concubines and his Precious Consort. In a part of the book, it was said that he loves to stop when it was high tide in sex. He also love womens very much and he could die for womens if needed. The extract also shows that Emperor has a good Eunuch Kao Li Shih. Kao was smart and quick witted so he could think of a solution out of a problem quickly.
 

Extract:
      In the last section of the book, it says that the Emperor hastily left the palace when the rebellion began. The palace women and guards went with him.
      When  the envoy reached a postal station, they rested. The Tibetan guards suddenly rushed forward and killed Yang Kuo-chung. Everyone was shocked and the soldiers demanded the Emperor to hand over Yang Gui Fei or they would not escort him to Loyang.
       The Emperor turned to Kao Li Shih for a solution. Kao thought for a while and said that he will kill her personally. The Emperor was very angry and tried to strangle Kao Li Shih. He took the Precious Consort away to a small cell. He applied a type of Kung-fu he learnt when he was young. It was a skill that can make a person looks dead feels dead yet not dead! THe Emperor was very sad and he left.
 

Analysis:
      The above extract shows that Emperor Xuanzong loves preciou consort very much and he could not bear to see her die.. We can conclude that the Tibetans hate the Yangs because they adopted An Lu Shan that had led to the empire's downfal.
